Can I get an as needed service if I already have weekly service scheduled?

Absolutely!! Existing customers will be charged their normal weekly rate for an as needed service.  Otherwise, new customers will be charged a flat fee for as need service.


Is We're on Doodie Eco-Friendly

100% Eco-Friendly.  We're on Doodie's whole mission is to remove harmful pet waste from the earth and not allow bacteria and disease to enter the waterways.  We only use recycled, bio-degradable baggies and dispose of waste in the most environmentally friendly way possible.


Areas Cleaned

The entire property, to your specifications, will be cleaned to include yard, landscaped areas, driveways, walkways & patios.  Concentrated effort in the pets normal living area.  Subcontracted companies will be called to pressure wash patios, driveways & walkways if desired.


Gates & Fences

Most likely, services will be rendered while you are at work or away from the home.  We’re On Doodie will need to have access to any gates on the property so areas can be properly cleaned.  Kkeeping the gates unlocked or providing alternate access will allow for service to be complete.  Customers will be charged for a full service if We’re On Doodie is locked out of areas that need to be cleaned.


Does my dog have to be restrained during service?

Not in every circumstance.  It can be determined on the first visit if your pet will allow our We're on Doodie in it’s territory.  Most pets are friendly and do not mind us cleaning in their living space.  If your pet is deemed aggressive, we will ask that the pet be restrained during service.   It will be at the discretion of the pet owner how the pet is restrained.  In a crate or in the house is preferred.  You will be charged for a full service if We’re on Doodie is unable to complete cleaning due to an aggressive pet having unrestricted access to areas that need to be cleaned.


Is all equipment sanitized?

Yes!  All equipment used in the process of cleaning your property will be sanitized with a bacteria killing disinfectant solution.  Disinfecting our equipment will stop the spread of disease from yard to yard.

 
Pricing

Pricing will very depending on the number of dogs and the size of the area to be cleaned.  Not every pet owner has the same sized yard or the same number of pets.  The price will fit your particular situation.


Billing vs. Pre-Payment?

We’re On Doodie offers two kinds of payment programs, Monthly Invoice and Monthly Pre-payment.  If you choose Monthly Invoice, an invoice will be delivered on your last service of the month and is due upon receipt.  If you choose Monthly Pre-Payment, the monthly payment will be made on the first service of the month and cover that entire month.  There is a discount for Monthly Pre-Payment.


Contracts?

No contracts no obligations.  Service can be changed or canceled at any time.  A service sheet will have to be signed by the homeowner to grant us access to the property.


Can I pay for a years service up front?

Yes. Ask about our preferred customer plan for great benefits & savings.


Do you provide year round service?

Year round, 12 months with the exception of designated holidays.


What Holidays?

We’re On Doodie observes the following holidays and will not provide normally scheduled services on those days.  If normal service is scheduled for that day it will be moved to the day before or the day after.

-          Independence Day

-          Labor Day

-          Thanksgiving Day

-          Christmas Eve

-          Christmas Day

 
We do however understand that those holidays are when the family gathers and may want to congregate in areas normally cleaned.  We will always work with customers to ensure areas are cleaned for those family events.


Do we provide service in inclement weather?

Sunshine is preferred, but services will be rendered in rain sleet or snow.  Hurricanes, typhoons, cyclones, tornado's, tsunamis or other acts of God not included.


Do you guarantee satisfaction?

We're on Doodie prides itself on attention to detail and excellence through example.  We guarantee your satisfaction or we will give you a complete refund for that service.
