HOA & Apartment Programs
This is an actual letter from a resident of a subdivision prior to the HOA hiring We're On Doodie. The Photos were sent along with the letter. (names and street names have been changed to protect this author/photogropher's identity)
Dear Subdivision HOA,
Of course you can use my e-mail to send to our community. I would recommend a few things to do:
-FIRST of all we should hire somebody to clean it up. It is disgusting to see it and smell it any longer!
-Put the sign something like " Lets keep our lawns clean, we are not animals..", " It is common area, not is your backyard...",etc.
-Put additional dog waste box right on a corner of Elm Way and Cypress Circle
If it still continues, I think we should charge all dog owner additional monthly fees, which our community will use for weekly cleaning of our lawns after dogs!
Today there is excrement at the common areas, tomorrow at my front yard? I just wondering what is the next step???
Please see attached pictures I took yesterday.
Concerned Resident
You take pride in your community. Alot of hard work, time and money has gone into keeping your neighborhood beautiful for all residents to enjoy. A long walk through the neighborhood, a trip to the pool or a community function at the clubhouse can all be ruined by unsightly pet waste. Weather it is from a pet owned by a resident or a stray, pet waste in a community common area is a common problem. Not only does it cause tension amongst neighbors and unwanted headaches for Homeowners Associations, but also contributes to polluting our rivers and streams.
That’s where we come in!
By combining the use of Doodie Stations and scheduled service, We’re on Doodie will eliminate the issue of unwanted, unsightly and unnerving pet waste. Call today to schedule a free quote.
