I'll just use it as FERTILIZER.....

Wrong!  Dog waste cannot be used as fertilizer.  There is absolutley no benefit to dog waste.  It will not make your lawn greener or vegetable garden grow more delicious crops.  It will burn your yard creating yellow spots where grass will die.  It will contaminate your food and possibly pass on to you harmful bacteria and disease that could make you very sick or possibly cause death.
